Dear Customer,

We will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance period for our web portal inbox at 19:00 UTC+10. This will last 1 hour.

The following services are covered in this maintenance:

- The Inbox, located in our web portal

This will be done in the following time period:

Maintenance Start: 08/04/2021 19:00 UTC+10 (08/04/2021 09:00 UTC+0)
Maintenance End: 08/04/2021 20:00 UTC+10 (08/04/2021 10:00 UTC+0)

During this maintenance period you will still be able to use the Inbox for sending and receiving. There could be a 5 - 10 minute delay on receiving inbound messages and them displaying in the Inbox however.
